Raisins issus de la vendange 2014 uniquement avec un tri très sélectif à la vigne et une maturité parfaite. Les raisins proviennent exclusivement du Clos Rocher situé sur l’affinage des Riceys où le pinot noir est roi.

Seule la cuvée (1ère presse) entre dans la constitution de ce champagne.

Fermentation alcoolique à 16° et malolactique à 18° en cuves inox thermorégulées. vieillissement de 7 année minimum.

DOSAGE BRUT à 7 g/l avec une liqueur d’expédition issue de vin remis en cercle.
