Shipping costs are free for orders of 12 bottles or more (24 half-bottles or 6 magnums).
A fixed price is to be added to your order for the shipment of 1 to 11 equivalent bottles.
A very particular care is given to the packaging and shipping of your order for a delivery in perfect condition and as soon as possible.
Check the packages carefully upon arrival. In case of problem, it is imperative to make reservations with the carrier and notify us within 48 hours. No complaint can be taken into account if precise reservations have not been made in the presence of the delivery person.
The carrier is not required to climb the floors, so delivery is made at the door of the building or dwelling.

You have the possibility to track the delivery of your package thanks to the tracking number that will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

In case of absence on the day of delivery
If you have chosen delivery by colissimo, a delivery notice is left in your mailbox so that you can pick up your parcels at your post office.
Delivery by carrier always requires a prior appointment.
However, if your delivery fails for reasons for which you are responsible
(example: digicode, telephone number not communicated or incorrect, no answer following the delivery notice),
the costs of re-delivery or return will be at your expense
